Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to sanitation concerns, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any hats. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Sizing

• Suede hats fit heads measuring 20–24" and are one size fits most.
• Wool hats are sized individually — please refer to the size listed in each product description.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim through our package insurance and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Color Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly from online photos due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We do our best to represent each hat accurately.
